Brit' Word of the Day....

Today's word is still commonly used and I can often be heard using it:

"My favourite food of any kind is a bacon buttie" - a true statement


'BUTTIE' = Sandwich

So next time you offer someone a sandwich, be a little bit Brit' and offer them a buttie!

    I have not heard that term and I was stationed at RAF Lakenheath for two years AND I watch a lot of BBC America. = ) Lady K would adore that term! At almost five it is her favorite 'cuss word' or dance move,"Mommie! Watch me shake my buttie!" Just makes me so proud....
