Well the porch was finished when I got home today and glistening in the sunlight. I hadn't even made it out of my car before the neighbours arrived 'ooohing' and 'arghing' over it's beauty! It's impossible to capture it in a picture, but when the sun hits it, the epoxy in it literally sparkles and glistens - it's just gorgeous!
We nearly went with a lighter more reddish shade for the main part and now we are so glad we went with a greater contrast. It has totally transformed our front porch and will last for years. My neighbour informed me the proper name for this treatment is 'Set in Stone' and I think they maybe future customers too. Anyway we are delighted with the end result and our 'new' porch.
Oh Sarah, it looks great. The porch, new and improved!
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful, Sarah! I'm glad I popped over to see if you'd put up pictures. :D

ReplyDeleteThat looks great. I might consider that for our enclosed porch - the concrete there looks terrible.
