It's the final countdown!

I am typing this at 7:15pm Wednesday night and I have already had a cat nap for 10 minutes before 7pm!! That is how knackered I am right now from work.

This past two days have been the busiest I have had since the Book Fair last September at school. I am right up to date and where I should be, but in order to stay there, I have had to work flat out all day everyday this week.

When I left work tonight I had all the awards and grade cards sorted and clipped by student alphabetically. I just have one more grades report cards to print this morning and I am done with that.

Yesterday morning just the banking took me two hours, after an avalanche of lunch money landed on my desk and I expect the same today.

So just a few more hours to go before calm descends on the end of this school year! Can I hear a "Hallelujah" for that ;-)

  2. I know you must be sooooo excited!!! My Auntie is a school teacher and the end of the year can't get here soon enough for her.
I'd just drink Bloody Mary's and sit by the pool all summer if I was you :)

  3. Having ridden the end of the schoolyear ride many, many times, I'm glad that you are almost there. I remember that even the sane, nice staff got crazy at the end of the year stress!
