got the feeling ... lovely capture. your cemetary there looks so dry and forlorn...ours are bursting with green grass and beautiful trees. have a fab friday.
Love the graveyard, I was just out today and found a really old graveyard and took some pictures. Mine was a little greener, on a hill, and full of trees! That is sure flat country but every where has its own beauty and that is a wonderful tree out there in the middle of no where. Great shot, thanks for sharing.
I clicked on the picture and it's awesome! I'm amazed at how flat Oklahoma is, is it? If you had one of our dust storms, it would grow into a tornado real quick! The lighting is beautiful, but the graveyard looks so lonely in the midst of nothingness. Is it surrounded by fields?
That's great! I have seen angel spelled as angle so many times. It's especially noticeable to me, having been a high school geometry teacher for many years. I saw words on a slide one time for a sing-along: "Hark, the herald angles sing."
OK... this is very impressive. I've looked and looked at the skies here and haven't seen anything I want to post yet. You, on the other hand keep coming up with these amazing photos.
What a great shot! Perfect against the sky and it looks warm! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLike the angularity in this shot.

ReplyDeleteThe composition of the photo is fantastic, too! I love the angle of the tree echoing the angle of the clouds.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, you can see forever. It is places like that where I get terribly directionally challenged. Apparently, I need a mountain reference point.
ReplyDeleteYou can sure tell which way the wind blows.
What a lovely sky shot you captured here, wonderful composition. And the title fits it well too1 I love it. :)
ReplyDeleteLove this picture. It reminds me of home...um, except for the cemetery part.
