A vibrating what??!!
Mascara technology has come on in leaps and bounds the last few years. You can now lengthen, curl, plump, seperate, colour etc... dependant on which one you pick-up in the store. But this latest one takes the biscuit though - Vibrating Mascara!!When I saw the advert in a glossy magazine last night, I burst out laughing and the Hubster just said "blog fodder"! Whatever next? But actually this one makes sense, as professionals say advise you to get right into the base of the lashes and then wiggle the brush up the lashes. So to have a vibrating brush could mean smoother application and no more wiggling. And 7000 vibrations a minute no less!Maybe it did make me laugh but seeing as it makes sense, I'll be picking one up when I see it! Go HERE to watch the promo video.

7000 vibrations a minute? Mascara? Holy crap! I can't imagine what's next.
Ah, the things I learn! Great blog fodder! :-D
What what will they think up next! Let us know if it works!
I checked with my DH - a design engineer who has patents on mascara brush design - and he says RUBBISH! It's a gimmick! He says Lancôme and L'Oreal have some of the better brushes. The goop in the tubes is all pretty much the same he says, no matter what the price - rust(!) wax, solvents, and other stuff you'd mostly rather not know about.
He says THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW about ANY mascara is do NOT keep it any longer than 3 months.
I bought the Lancôme vibrating mascara, couldn't tell any difference in it and the regular Lancôme mascara. Although it did seem to clump less.
Can't wait for your review : D
AA - that is a good tip on the length of time to keep it and I am well over on a few tubes!!
Bella - also interesting, I think I'll see how much it is before I bother to try it.
What will they think of next?
The goop is the same? So the dollar mascara is as good as the $30 mascara? Can't believe it.
I bet I'd poke myself in the eye with a brush like that!
You just wonder where they get their ideas from. Yet people fall for them every time.
When I have the time and the money I prefer getting my eyelashes dyed and then curled. Saves all that mess and it never runs unlike most waterproof mascara. Great for holidays and all the swimming. No panda eyes!
@Elizabeth Bradley - there ARE obviously differences between formulations, but there is less than you might think. The brushes are a significant part of whether the mascara works properly or not (says my husband the mascara container designer, but he would wouldn't he?!)
AA - what I would like to know is, what mascara do you use?
