Today's BWOTD is a phrase you'll know but maybe not the 'original' meaning:
"They had the full monty on display there"
'the full monty' = the works or the whole shebang
The American equivalent of this phrase would be kit and kaboodle.
However since the famous movie of the same name, this has also had a new meaning of 'completely naked' unless it is put into context. But that is not the original meaning, the above is and most people still use it meaning 'the works'.

OMG, that movie is one of our most faves EVER. And it makes me want garden gnomes after seeing it.
Thanks for the photoshop compliment. Believe me, I have much to learn still. I have learned it by trial and error and mostly trying to duplicate something done by others. Not sure how elements works compared to photoshop, but layers, levels, and brushes are my best friends. Will be glad to help out with any questions, just let me know when yo get started!

I have been MIA for a few days and I finally put up a new post this morning. Life has been busy around here since both of the girls play softball now. They both keep me busy running here and there. I always enjoy your BWOTD. I enjoy knowing what they mean from where you are from. I've been watching The Weather Channel some today and see where yall may be getting some Severe Weather. I sure hope not. It was cold and rainy here most of the weekend. It's rained pretty much here off and on all day too. They say we may get some more heavy rains later tonight and tomorrow. We sure don't need anymore heavy rains like last week. I did see on our local t.v. station earlier where they were telling people to evacuate in Sharp County, here in Arkansas. They got hit hard last week as well. The evacuation is for the low lying areas for right now. Take care my friend and have a great evening. Stay safe from the storms. May God Bless You and Yours.
