Finally have to weigh in on AI....

Ok I have been watching since the start and am happy to admit I love this show. Plus there's the added bonus of my fellow Brit' Simon Cowell keeping it real and giving Paula stick!

So here's my prediction for the top 4:

David Cook is the most well rounded of them all and already has 'star' quality and amazing stage presence, loved the white jacket this week. Plus he's kind of an Okie too :-)

I love cute 17 year old David Archuleta, he is my favourite. He always gets so nervous beforehand, then he looks like he's on the verge of tears as the judges deliver their verdict....I just want to hug him. I love his voice and he blew me away with his version of 'Angels' a Robbie Williams classic this week, which tragically the Americans only know via Jessica 'bloody awful' Simpson!

Michael Johns aka, 'the hot Aussie' is getting better every week and really showing his own style. He has a great voice and always seems to pick the right song, I am still in awe of his Bohemian Rhapsody a few weeks ago!

Brooke White, will be the only girl to give the boys a run for their money this year. She looks great, sings beautifully and plays the piano and guitar by ear, no mean feat according to my guitar playing Hubster. She makes the other girls look ordinary.

But I am going to predict the new American Idol this year will be called .......David ;-)

P.S > Carly's going home this week

Sarah, I agree with you the top four you picked. They are all really talented but these 4 more than the others. I missed the show tonight but I'll see the replays tomorrow.

well i agree on three of your four but think brooke blew it a bit tonight. she might hang on though, and i do hope she does! but is she original enough to beat any of those three boys?? i just don't think so. It is getting really interesting now because this is really a talented group and that song choice can make or break them. fun fun fun! cheers for now!

I totally agree as well, these are my favorites. I picked David Cook a while back. I really liked Michael Johns during Hollywood Week, but Cook has really wowed me since then. Last night wasn't great to me, but he's still my pick and my favorite to win.

Great post Sarah!
