Here's what we've been up to....

For the past week the Hubster and I have been up to our elbows in dirt and mulch, so here are a few piccies of some of our work.

I will start off with our rear patio today...more tomorrow

That's so pretty Sarah! Lots of work there :) I still haven't planted spring and summer flowers in all of my flower pots and planters yet. I'm very behind this year. But, I think they will last a bit longer into the summer if I wait later. I usually plant in April and by late July, my flowers are pretty sad, nearly dead. The heat and humidity here are horrid, and it's hard to keep them wet enough and fed enough to grow.

Enjoy the beautiful flowers :)

You certainly have a knack for the containers! I love those window baskets!

I worked so hard Saturday while it was pretty that I was afraid I would be sore Sunday, but I did OK.

It has turned right chilly here today and overcast. I'll make pictures to show of mine, but they are not nearly as pretty as yours!☺

GORGEOUS!!!! It all looks very cool and soothing. I especially love the three tier stacked basket. Where did you find it? I want one too! We are waiting to dig in the dirt until we get back next week from Big Stone Gap, Virginia for DH's nephew's college graduation. I can't wait to plant the tomatoes and peppers and the containers with flowers.

Love all the planting! What fun. It's such a good feeling to stick your hands in the dirt and plant things. Looks nice!

I love drive through banking also. Wonderful thing, especially with young children to haul around.

That's lovely Sarah. I've only managed one hanging basket so far.

I love gardening as you can tell and this was the easiest part of all we have done, more to follow.

I was on the other side of the state to the tornado's, unlike Janet who was right there and hiding in her closet! I am happy she is here today to comment :-)
