Confession!

Well I finally fell off the Weightwatchers rolling wagon for awhile there and have spent 5 weeks going up and down like a tarts drawers!

The net result is I am up 6lbs right now, but I have now been back totally 'On Plan' for 2 days and am confessing as I seem to be back on the straight and narrow. I refuse to reverse the 30lbs lost way on down the bottom of the blog, so watch for the slide moving in the right direction again by July.

However, if you still see it stuck on 30 by July 3rd, feel free to abuse me generally and remind me I prefer my butt as non-fat skinny latte!

I don't think I've never heard as one's butt described as a latte. That is so funny. And yes, we will deal with you harshly so get going. Well, truth be told, I need to get back in shape too. I hold it well but ...

You're so funny, Sarah! It has been good for me to read your blog lately, as you always make me laugh! I especially LOVED the "like a tart's drawers" and "non fat skinny latte" for your booty. LOL! Good luck! M.

I have been wanting to ask you about your slide at the bottom of your blog. You have done so well. I told you I did Weight Watchers. I did the point system in 2002. From 1999 - 2002, I fought and lost 23 pounds. In 2002, I joined Weight Watchers because it look to be the best "lifestyle" for weight loss, maintenance and overall health. I still think it is. In 2002, I lost the rest of the 27 pounds using the points system. I felt great and looked it, too. In 2006 I had a surgery on my foot and could not walk for a couple months. Even after that, getting around was horrible. With several months of physical therapy I and a lot of prayer, I am able to walk again pretty well. During this time, standing to cook and walking to shop for healthy groceries has been a small nightmare. But with this move I have had to eat not so great. BUT!! my kitchen is set up and I am in much better shape with my foot, and I decided last week to get back on points. I love to eat that way and love the way I feel being in control of myself. And of course the lost weight feels great too. Since 2006 and that wretched surgery I have re~gained 21 of the overall 50 pounds I had lost and kept off for 3 years. UGH!! I have thought about putting a slide at the bottom of my blog for accountability. I think I will when I start points. Good for you getting back on track. And, feel free to harass me once I get that slide on there.

Tart’s drawers! I love it!!!!!!!

And, post what your doing. I have been encouraged by the things regarding weight loss tips that you have blogged in the past. :~)

Good luck to those of you that plan on joining me on this seemingly never-ending road!

Teresa, after all the foot issues and moving etc I think you're still doing great. And you are right I feel better too when I am on WW.

Good luck Victoria, just keep plodding along that's what I try to do!

It's much easier to confess once you've gotten back up on the diet again. lol

Ups and downs happen, don't beat yourself up about it. :o)
