Hazy, lazy 100 degree days!

We have made it over 100 degrees everyday so far this week and are predicted to hit 103 again today. This is expected to continue until Wednesday, when a cool front will push through and take us down to 94 - WOOHOO! I tell you I am so ready for Fall and Winter to be here.

Sooo in temperatures like this, living out in the country, there really isn't alot to do that doesn't involve the outdoors. We are going to have a nice lazy weekend, watch the Formula One action from Hungary, grill some steak and just r-e-l-a-x in the cool of our home :-)

Have a good weekend y'all.

Oh yeah, stay indoors and relax. I spend many a day enjoying the pleasures of central aircon as escape from the heat and humidity venturing out in the beautiful Toronto evenings.

It is hot here in Charlotte, NC too! I think it is 100 degrees now and the humidity is awful!!

i'm right here in OKC feeling the blazing heat too. I actually close most of my blinds when afternoon hits because it's just too dang hot. I am praying for fall!

I can't wait to hear about your new adventures this year in the land of school. We will have to share with each other. Enjoy your day in, I am too~

Whew! And I thought 90 was hot! We are staying inside and enjoying it, too.

Yes, I've been whining about the crappy British weather for the past month and now I'm finding it too hot in Chicago - and it's not even 90 yet! I am NOT praying for autumn or winter though.

Rob and Sherri - at least we don't have the humidity here, if we did I'm not sure I could live here!

Chellie - I find OKC even hotter than out here because of all the concrete. When I first got here I thought everyone was nuts keeping all their blinds and curtains shut all summer. Now I do exactly the same!

Toni - yeh winters in Chicago are much worse than we get here.

Daryl - baby kitty is doing great thanks, really growing and into everything but adorable.

Willow - 90 is a cool front here!

Your weekend sounds EXACTLY like our weekend! Staying out of the sun as much as humanly possible. And watching the grass grow yellow in thirsty exhaustion!
