Today's BWOTD is used to describe someone:
"She's so unbelievably cackhanded it's scary!"
'Cackhanded' = Clumsy
This is without doubt a phrase that has and could be applied to me on a regular basis. I doubt very much I have ever got through a whole month without being cackhanded at some point, as my family and friends would confirm!
My latest offering would be the injured toe episode!

oh I am totally cackhanded too. Especially in the morning before I've had coffee. I need coffee to be able to operate the coffee machine.
hummm I might need to back and read all your previous posts to learn some more "Brit" words. Research ya know.
Oh that would describe me perfectly. Hence the tripping over the pooper scooper incident. Thanks for the lesson! Have a great weekend!
ha. Love that word
I may be using that I am so bored with being a KLUTZ
And .. your surprise had been delayed ... stupid back order issues ...

BAHAHAHA I am so cackhanded I fell off my exercise ball the other day. What a great word!
heeheee I have been called cakhanded in my life quite a few times! xx
I thought cackhanded meant left-handed (implying clumsy)
I'm also cackhanded. Totally. Horribly. Embarrassingly.
Since I've been told jokingly that my middle name must be 'Grace', I guess that this word would describe me!
Hey, I've got a question! When someone says, "Sod it", what exactly does that mean and is it considered really rude, or just sort of cranky?
Hey Pamela, it's a way to indicate annoyance at something as opposed to someone. More cranky than rude.
Usually it's also something you would just mutter to yourself, when something goes awry.
This is a new one for me! When I took my daughter to Britain 11 years ago, she started a "British Dictionary" to keep track of all the different expressions. And we speak the same English, right? Hah!
lol
I'm laughing to beat the band, my Grandmother used to call me cackhanded! I could fall UP THE STAIRS! No kidding...love the BWOTD...hugs

It's been a very, very long time since I've heard that. Thanks for reminding me!
