This morning I went to Dell Data Safe Online to set it up again and it gave me the option to restore files!! It seems although it told me the last few times it had failed to backup, it had done what it could anyway. All my documents and pictures were showing there, so I have set the restore in motion and now it's a waiting game to see if it will successfully complete a restore.
It will take 7hrs, so I left it running, said a prayer and came to work!
Despite this I still need email addresses and blog links, as not sure it will retrieve all these.

Oh that just stinks!! I hope that you're able to get your "stuff" back soon!
Hope everything comes back ok. I am buying an external hardrive before we move because I am afraid the movers will somehow kill my computer. I need to put all important documents and all my pictures somewhere just to keep them safe.

Hope it was successful, it's got me thinking I need to make sure i have got everything saved, backed up and in order!
