Oklahoma had it's first Fall Tornado Watch tonight. Yep it's already that time again, for Brit' Gal tornado paranoia to set in!I need to check the storm cellar for spiders or worse, make sure there's some water down there and check the batteries in the storm radio. And mentally psych myself up, just in case!

Sarah darlin' sorry I have not explained...a nessi pot looks lie a little tea pot...you fill it with warm water to which you have added 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mixed well. You actually put the spout of the pot to one nostril, hold your head down over the sink, let the water be taken by gravity and it washes through and out the other nostril...you can find them at Wal-Marts...truly, you'll breathe som much better!

Oh dear me, it's hang-on-to-your-hat time again! What a thing to have to deal with in your new life. A bit more excitement than you were planning on I'm sure!
