Today's BWOTD is an everyday word in the UK used by most people:
"I am totally skint this month"
'Skint' = Poor/Broke
With the current gas prices so high, I suspect lots of us could make good use of this particular Brit' word!

Ain't that the truth!
While I know that gas prices are higher in other parts of the country and the world, when you live in a state where everything is spread out so far and there are appallingly few options for public transportation, it makes it real tough to adapt as gas prices soar 200% in less than two years.

Skint? Never heard this one. That is so interesting...I love learning word that we don't use.
