Our garage doors Out of our front door, lucky to have a deep porch! Our backyard at window level! The 'coffin' has been surrounded! Look at the town in the distance That was our frontyard fence! That's the sign on the MAIN highway and the road! We must have got about 2.5ft of snow and as you can see the drifts are 3ft-5ft!! If we didn't have a porch, we'd have to dig our way out of the front door!! IT's UNBELIEVABLE, when I woke and looked out all I could say for 5 minutes was OMG!! And it's the same in the next towns east and west, the Hubster thinks it maybe a few days before we get back to normal life. I will be going out after breakfast to take photo's of us up to our waists in it! Let me just say again as a Brit' Gal, England you have no idea what bad snow is - OMG!

WOW! You really have had a big dump of the white stuff. You know, I grew up in Africa and as a kid I could only dream of seeing the magical stuff called snow!
I still get such a thrill from seeing snow fall and the way it transforms the world around me. The last 2 winters here in Toronto have been filled with heaps of snow and I loved it.
Now go out and play and take pics.
Oh. My. God! Think spring; really hard! ;)
OMG is right!!! Glad it is you and not me!!! ;) Enjoy your trekking and can't wait to see more photos.
I had to put on a parka to look at these ... its 54 and sunny here ...
Oh wow - that's the stuff we dream about getting up here in CT, but for some reason it never gets that bad here. Have fun digging out!
HOLY CRAP!
How fantastic! I mean, of course annoying, but beautiful and exciting!
Good Luck shovelling that.... Time for a snow blower, I think. The best invention ever.
We only got a light dusting in Norman; it's rare to get even a few inches, which is a shame because I love snow (as opposed to ice).
Great pictures!
Glad you're o.k. though. We have snow now, but not so bad.~~Dee
I haven't seen that much snow in ages! It looks really pretty, but I don't think I'd want to have that much all at one time.
