Well that and a dramatic temperature change, which is just typical Okieland CRAZY weather for you, a blizzard one day and a 72 high the next! But this is the amazing difference from Saturday to Sunday and remember, we had 25 inches land on us in 24 hours!

Still so much snow and yet there is blossoms on the tree?!
72 degrees? That's totally amazing! I'm thrilled that the sun is melting the snow but it sure does make the snow heavy to shovel.
Welcome to the Oklahoma!
Snow and redbud trees are made for each other.
Hopefully Sarah the sun will melt all the snow away quickly and my great grandfather always used to say that was wonderful fertilizer for the plants and trees!
We had a fair bit of snow Sat night and all of Sunday. Woke up this morning and you'd hardly know it - where's it all gone?
Blimey! I'm glad I don't live there!!!!
CJ xx
What a crazy place you call home. Well, the good thing is the snow won't last too long and life can get back to normal, albeit a bit damp for a while and that's a good thing.
I hope that this gives OK the relief from draught it needed .. around here its not how much or when but where it rains
Brilliant! At least you got some "moisture" at last! We got heavy rain from that storm as it cut Eastward, and thankfully just about an inch of snow, although after all that rain followed by freezing temperatures all my door seals on my car were frozen shut this morning!
I love the redbud blooming in the snow in the last shot.
Wow! It snowed so much!!! My husbands parents in Woodward Ok had given us the "weather report" but I hadn't seen pics yet!! Amazing quantity of snow for Oklahoma!
Hey, well, I never!! I didn't think OK would have quick melt all snow days the very next day like we have here in CO. go figure. Now, that's the way I like my snow: fluffy, fast, furious and heavy but melting el pronto the very next day! :)
Glad you survived. And isn't it just a delicious dilemma to be stuck indoors with "nothing" to do?
Those temperature fluctuations must be weird to live with and to dress for. I've put my heavy waterproof jacket away now and the boots will be going away too. However the sandals and the cut off pants won't be coming out for a while yet!
Wow - that is amazing!
