My World

Crystal Beach Park in Woodward is a popular recreational area and offers many different forms of entertainment, the lake, a pool, mini-golf and a new rodeo arena.

Right now the lake is rather low, but in the summer it is full of swimmers, pedal boats, sunbathers and fishing enthusiasts.

There are newly constructed playgrounds and a large pool.

Pathways for joggers, cyclists and ramblers.

To see some great sights around the globe or join in the fun, go to My World Tuesday

What a cool park! Looks like a fun place to go! Glad your dental mess went well and is done with. I just had a root canal and new crown put on and, if possible, I think my mouth is three times bigger than it was! I'm sure my family are sorry about that!!! Have a great week, Sarah!

Sarah: I don't like to see a lake drawn down that far.

Looks so peaceful and there is a bit of a Brit feel on the closer up photos, but when you pull back, so vast. Dental work. Too paiful too think about.

Looks like a great place for summer fun for everyone. Interesting to see it now in the quiet of winter.

I wonder why the lake is down. Why does it fill up in summer?

These parks make cities and towns into communities and I love them I hope they will continue to thrive and allow people places to exercise -gather and play

I used to drive by all the time until my former employer sold their assets in the Woodward area. I love the new (to me) playground.

I love the word "rambler." Is that a possible bwotd? I'm going to start using it. Like, I'm going for a ramble. Sounds a lot better than going for a walk.

A beautiful place - I love that first photo of the tree on the shore of the lake. I'll look forward to seeing it again when you have photos of the higher water level.

What a wonderful place! And you've captured it all so beautifully.

The low water level is due to the lack of rain here, we have had only had 3 inches this year. I'm not sure what they'll do if we don't get more, as generally we stay pretty dry throughout the spring.
